I purchased a used dji mini 3 pro.. Upfront am going to tell you i know very little about them.. Its attached to the last owners account and am unable to get in touch with the guy , How can i wipe his information or do a factory reset so i can attach my account? I have the controller pad just like the one you are using in your video .Please help.

Ho do you reset the drone?

I would recommend adding "how to rollback the firmware" to your title. When I got my first Mini 3 Pro about 2 weeks ago, I updated the firmware in the RC while the power on the drone was off (I had it charging) not realizing I should wait until I connected for the first time and update them both together. Then, when I turned on the drone and tried to connect, the RC gave me a firmware error. I couldn't find any info on rolling back the firmware in the controller, so I downloaded DJI Assistant 2 to update the drone figuring it would fix the problem. I updated all the way to current firmware. Nope, still couldn't connect the controller. So I tried pairing it, both through the controller app and then also found how to use the buttons on the controller to do it manually. Still no luck, it refused to connect. Called DJI. They could give me no instructions that would help, kept having me repeat everything I already did, then wanted me to videotape doing it and send it to them. Told them in polite terms where they could stick the video - I had already wasted hours - then went about getting a refund from Amazon and repurchase a new one all over again. This video MAY have saved me hours but nothing came up in a search of KZread videos regarding clearing or rolling back the firmware. Edit: Thought I would add, pretty sure you don't need to clear the account data AFTER you do a factory reset. Also, if it IS necessary, it's probably a good idea to do that BEFORE you do the factory reset as the factory reset will force you to go through a promotional video, answer some questions and such before you can do anything.

Hi, so my RC controller is in black screen after I charged it! Can’t turn it on or off! Is there anything I can do externally to factory reset it?

Can you reset flight time on this as I bought one that only had 40 minutes flight time on it but 3 batteries were flat so I'm suspicious that seller used it for longer, cleated data then done another 40 minutes to day it was hardly used

Hi will this work on a bounded account.? Meaning if I bought a drone a ot was bound to another account ..would this unbound it.?

the dji mini 3pro turns on , makes a little musical sound and then just sits there. No lights in the arms, no connecting to the rc.

My controller isn't getting recognized. I had no issue with drone. Thoughts?

When the RC is not getting recognized, the DJI Fly app should give you an option to pair the drone. Has this popped up or are there no options?

Hello, I bought a drone still linked to another account to which I do not have access, and to fly it I have to connect to it, how can I unlink the drone from its old account?

I got a Dji mini 3 pro I did everything perfect but the battery was dying and I plugged to the charger and the new update was running when my drone turned off and now does not want to recognize the RC remote What should I do?

After turning on the RC and letting it boot up, turn on the Mini 3 Pro. Go into connection guide, choose the Mini 3 Pro. It'll try and find the Mini 3 Pro. It'll let you know it cannot find it and prompt you to repair the RC to Mini 3 Pro, that should take care of it.

So if I buy a a dji mini pro 3 that is bound to another account I just have to rest it

Hi, my RC can't seem to refresh or anything. When I tried to refresh my list of authorizations or try to check for updates, there are always just server errors. What should I do?
