So many Mavic 3's to choose from. so many nuanced choices, but you can still only choose one. The Mavic 3 Classic and Mavic 3 PRO are the current consumer choices that are officially sold, but before both of them, there was the Mavic 3. In this review, I'm going to tell you why I think that Mavic 3 offers the best balance between the other two Mavic's in the series

Interesting point. I said if i get another done it would be the 2 Pro, but this makes sense.

Just trying to give the Mavic 3 it's sue credit. It's an excellent drone for real. Never tried the Mavic 2 pro but i heard the biggest benifit with it is the mechanical shutter vs the electronic one on the Mavic 3 series. Might still be a good option if you need that feature.

@@WIHRC Thank you. I made a typo. I mean 3 Pro. I'll wait for the Mavic 4 so I can get a Mavic 3. I'll ride out with ocusync 3.

@BrooklynJimmie gotcha. I still think all three is way more than good enough. 15 km is still pretty far, and if you haven't taken the VLOS module, then I feel like things are going to get a lot harder for people who fly that far anyway with remote ID being enforced.
I totally agree wit your logic. I just bought a Mavic 3 that had very little use, a bunch of filters, and the flymore package for less than $1000. To complete my Mini 3 pro. I feel like I can use this combo for years and years.

Jeez, that's an excellent price. I'm glad that my reasoning was solid in some way. You can definitely use that for years and years to come, and I don't forsee (hopefully) DJI making anything new anytime soon. Thanks for watching the review and being open to my opinion.
As long as you find a mavic 3 with an oval 7x camera and not a circular 7x camera as the oval camera was the updated camera. This observation maybe tricky to confirm when buying a used original mavic 3😊

does the mavic 3 update to have the same software as the mavic 3 pro given it was released alot earlier?

Don't call me on this but I believe it has its own software version that resembles or is very similar to that of the mavic 3 Pro. Any feature that doesn't rely on Hardware it's pretty much on the Mavic 3.
My Mavic 3 classic has 3x zoom.

Nope. Ended up deciding against it. I might just wait and get the Air 3 again, if anything.
