Aaaaaaaaand we're back at the DJI CHOPSHOP!! I think the stock DJI transmitter gimbals are absolutely 1000% completely and utterly terrible (and I'm sure I'm not alone) so I'm experimenting with replacing them with the kind of gimbals that are very common to RC radios. Ultimately, I want to make a whole new custom case in which to put the DJI RC parts and use new gimbals and a proper tablet screen.

You taught me The 2s battery pack for the radio remote controll , or "tx" everybody calls it . Some ads have questions that sound like new hobbyists hear " flight controller " but that is the pcb with parts installed on it inside the model that connects motors to rx etc . Sort of an autopilot in part .
If someone were to replace the stock joystick with AG01 mini. Ouuu boy, that would be awesome

Thanks Robert. I haven't been flying with the flysky that much these days, but it's still going strong. I am right now trying out some different sims. I should have a vid on that later.

Yes the dji gimbals are rather wooden I wish there was a drop in replacement like on 'normal' transmitters , I cant see many hacking up the dji controller to make it fit into a new case with different gimbals ect. Great watching your mods Adam and seeing what can be done with a bit of knowhow and ingenuity

I just fly longer sticks on my mini... but feel u. These controllers are terrible. But what ur doing is to much effort for such a drone, i dont use it that much
Hey did you know you can enable a manual mode on stock dji mini drones If you want we can Collab and i will show you how to do it
