I work for an A/V company in NYC and we do a ton of corporate events. I would recommend getting into SDI to feed your televisions at that distance. We use Decimator MD-HXs and Black Magic Micro Converters, they’re much more reliable than long HDMI runs. Best of luck with this new avenue of work!

Absolutely it's on the list of investments to make. Gonna get by until we need to do runs over 100ft while we pay off the screen / projector investments

​@DJRickWeb HDMI can be one of those things that works until it just doesn't at distances over 50ft. I just replaced 75ft HDMI runs at my church with SDI. HDMI worked for them for years, but just became unreliable recently. You may want to consider it sooner rather than later, because that could be a point of failure that you wouldn't want during a corporate event.

I can see you getting a LED wall in your near future

I got to dj for the 49ers foundation event this past weekend in Carmel Valley Ranch. Great memorable experience. Walk in music dinner music got a picture with Brock Purdy & OutKast Performed to close out the event. Wow awesome experience. Amazing how it all works from the director light show video and slide shows and the board man. Everyone in head sets just an amazing intense experience ☝🏽❤️🙏🏽 keep doing good Dj Rick you have been doing amazing things with your work ☝🏽❤️🙏🏽

Good luck. In our area, most corp events book LED screens hanging from rigged truss. As you grow you will likely beed to invest in this and you will need to hire or work with a rigging company. Also you may have your reasons but we never ever use wireless on speaker runs. It is all done with physical cabling.

Video walls are rare in our area. It's starting to slowly be asked about but most clients are hesitate to spend the extra money over screens and projectors. Hell we get a bunch trying to hack the budget with tvs over 1 screen. But we already plan on getting a video wall later in the year.
