To those complaining about the fact that it sounds dated: that's the point! It's supposed to be a throwback. Cassidy purposely brought together a bunch of prolific musicians and producers from the late 70/early 80s to work on this song and others for his upcoming album. Search for "the making of calling all hearts".

Jessie J's vocals never fail to impress me, what a voice. Oh and she's STUNNING

Earth Wind and Fire was actually involved in the production of the record, it's their bass player, their drums and more stuff... It's also Nile (Chic's Nile) on the funky guitar! Maybe the record is new, but all the musicians are from the good times!!!
