Jo te digo veo tus vídeos ya tiempo y siéndole sincero tienes el don de hacer las cosas pero enseñar. no.. no lo hará queriendo pero dudo que el que tenga todo su potencial para hacer y su herramientas no sepa hacerlo .pero los que intentamos aprender le aseguro que si tenemos radial y taladro es un milagro

I just purchased this chop saw and I've been running ideas in my head about making a portable saw cart. Well done! This is fantastic!!

Easily the most badass build I’ve seen for this Saw.

That stop setup causes the cut off material and the blade to bind and be thrown violently or damage the saw (as seen just before an edit.) Flip that stop up or away so the dropped/cut off piece doesn't jam. Pretty nice set up. I added a couple rare earth magnets around to catch metal chips, and they fill up fast. That bind up looked like a foot long piece of square tube shot out of a cannon.

I had that saw. The blades dulled so fast and I kept getting more and more expensive blades thinking they would last. I liked the straight cuts but it is the most expensive way to cut metal I have ever seen

Neat ideas and implementation. Suggest one change and one addition. Your length stop should swing out. After you clamp, the stop must be removed to prevent bind and kickout. Add two brackets on the back to store the supports vertically when not in use to save space. I am going to copy your project but with these and two other changes to the tool cart. Very nice. A handy thing (!), But a little bulky. I would take a 20 mm pipe for a skid. And the table protrudes beyond the edge of the base of the saw - not very good, because short lengths cannot be cut with the stopper. Another point, the limiter will take up a lot of space, in theory, you need to make it pull out in one motion or be foldable. What I liked - a drawer for sawdust (!). I'll make myself the same. Thanks for the idea!

I love it! I do see you (almost) cut out the part where the cutoff piece goes flying when you have it against the stops. Any ideas to mitigate that? I'm thinking a piece of angle raised up level with the saw bed to each side where you could throw a welding clamp on the cutoff piece on the outside of the saw blade. That would keep it from flying off when the blade pins it against the stop.

Bought this for my friend for his birthday, and he loves it. Father-in-law was a little jealous, even. :) Built solid, but light enough to move around for projects. Easy to use kzread.infoUgkxPeGkHOMe05FySypTOvYumxMn-xi39oRe and makes great precision cuts. Doesn't come with a laser mount, but the fence is straight as an arrow and if you measure carefully, it's not a problem. Can handle dimensional lumber with ease, but of course, there's a limit to how thick. Handled a 4x4" post without a problem, but 4x6" we had to flip and cut twice. Only thing we've noticed is make sure to tighten the nut that holds the saw blade when you take it out of the box and maybe check up on it occasionally. For some, this is probably a no-brainer, but we neglected to do this and a few months in, found the motor running but the blade spinning at about half speed or less. Tightened the nut, and problem was solved. Very happy with this purchase. Dewalt makes sturdy stuff.
