Very nice project! My concern is the small diameter pulleys with the large diameter cable. I have a similar setup and found It was necessary to use 80mm to 100mm pulleys to prevent damage to the cable.
This is an excellent execution. Very out standing

Olá, eu traduzi seu texto, tenho uma reposta para sua dúvida, para isso traduza também o meu texto caso esteja interessado, afinal eu contruir um guindaste muito parecido e está em pleno funcionamento,,, bem, sobre sua dúvida é simples, basta você dimenssionar o inverssor baseado na potência da sua talha, ou seja, se sua talha tem a potência de 500W basta adquirir um Inversor que forneça essa potencia de 500W versus 12Vdc, espero ter ajudado, Eh Isso !!!

Great Job, the concrete counterweights looked unstable you could do with a safer system where they interlock and possibly a safety limit switch in case you go too high or your up button gets stuck. Well done. .

Cost for this lifter is 300 US$. Now I’m still using small forklift.

This is great. Do you have plans for this I could get? I want to build it with one addition. I want to have stabilizer arms with 2 linear actuators on each arm. One would extend the arms and the other to lower them.

Very good, I'm from Brazil, I recently did a very similar lift with this one for a client who needs to lift ultrasound machines weighing approximately 150kg for loading and unloading, it is working very well, I already have an order to make another elevator with the purpose of lifting workers for small repairs to light bulbs and things like that on the ceiling of a store. hugs

you need an eyelet where the cable loops at the end. It's going to bend and weaken over time.

Отличный проект, но для повышения безопасности я предлагаю вам добавить к конструкции распорки (два кольца в верхней части красной рамки, к которым вы можете привязать веревки, удерживаемые другими операторами или прикрепленные к земле с помощью колышков) и увеличить высоту клетки. как минимум выше бедер (профессиональные продукты достигают и живота)

Охуеть, какой отличный. От других (сарказм). Чиноамериканец за месяц ебли и штуку баксов соорудил електророхлю на проводах, которая опрокинется с весом в 200 кг. 250 полуляхов из 150-ти. 😂😂

Also, the handrail height for the manlift is too low. It should be at least 1.1m. 1.2m is best. I like how the manlift basket is hooked and secured onto the fence. That's a really great idea.

Manufactured lifting system is nice, but it lacks one or two. The bearing on the lifting section and the rollers over which the rope passes should be lubricated with grease. The concrete weights placed on the back should be fixed with screws instead. Thus, the system can work healthier and safer.

The worst is not that the rollers are missing lubrication, but that they have too small diameter for that thick rope. Look at 17:47 and see how it does not want to bend naturally. Steel ropes have a minimal bending radius depending on their cross section. Bending a thick steel rope over a small radius will damage it quickly. Than it will fail catastrophically... That's why commercial lifts of this type use chains instead of steel rope.

@@massimopavera8941 yes, i agree; great job as first working prototype , but lacks on safety ....other than the mechanical ones already pointed out , i would add limit switches that prevent the motor to run when reaching lowest and/or highest position...
