DIY Tube Spring Reverb? :-O

Музыка

A Tube Spring #Reverb kit plugged into #synthesizers, its pretty nuts, i found this kit on the internet one late night last month and just had to build it. It is a very enjoyable and rewarding build, i had build a valve guitar amp kit back in 2011 and this was similar. nice and spaced out. and just fun! So yeah i'd recommend searching it up and checking it out ---- MOD The Wave

Sam! Your approach to coffee mug maintenance seems quite similar to mine: Let the layers keep building up so that each day's cuppa Joe adds a bit of vintage vibe to the next day's brew. That's caffeine reverb, mate!

I love a spring reverb. I used to have this old amp from the 70's and I loved that amp. It had a real spring reverb that sounded amazing. I wish they'd make a real spring reverb that was a bit smaller and had more enclosed chassis, like something meant to be able to fit on your pedal board. Obviously it would have to be bigger than your average Boss pedal but they could make it fit on a pedalboard. It would have to be long and thin.

There are a ton of those. From the Danelectro-Spring King, to the Surfy Bear- reverb, and probably areas a dozen more if you look hard enough. My favorites probably this one, the Knas-moisturizer, or the Surfybear, though those are all larger. The best pedal sized one imo, is hands down the Anasounds spring reverb, it's 1 pedal, and they have 3 different sized tanks you can get for it that aren't to large, plug I to the actual fx pedal and are ment to be wired underneath your pedalboard.

that's a really dope piece of equipment, i'm not exactly into kraftwerking sound but anyways i found that the PT2399 chip is pretty decent (not hi-fi maybe) and has a long delay, even the ones bought on ebay, can't say the same for the HT8950 pitch changer, glitchy and distorted

I collected about 20 40cm springs from an old chair my mum bought somewhere in the 60s and thought, hey let's use it for a spring reverb, googled a bit here and there and understood the role of piezos and signal flow and what warks and what does not. I am curious if these old springs I got will sound well. That was two weeks ago and now youtube suggested me your video... never thought about that LMNC might have dealt with that issue.. how stupid of me. will def use it for that reverb build
