i'm a beginner and am a bit confused. How do I adjust the measurements you used to a men's large shirt?

You did a Straight Stitch on neckband which does not Stretch and then an Overlock stitch on neck band which is good because it is a Stretch stitch but then you did a Topstitch on neck band but that does not stretch. How can the neck stretch when you put it over your head? The straight stitch will break won’t it? I’m confused on this method.

You can use knit/cotton spandex to make T-shirt♥️
How come you sew t-shirt with a normal sewing machine? Will it still be streching? 🤔
