Yes! Those are the Jade knit pant pants, pattern available in my shop :)

This is a Ribbed Knit, you can find some at Mood Fabrics or Fabric Wholesale Direct!

can the rolled hem on the sleeve, the bottom of the top, and the neckline be done using a regular sewing machine? If so, what setting would you suggest to get a similar result?

Hi Anahita! For a ruffled edge, I would suggest using tight zigzag stitch, it'll give a ruffled result, but try it on a scrap first :) You can also play with a decorative stitch on your machine!
