DIY Resin moulds from silicone sealant
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
How I make silicone moulds. Silicone sealant is easily available at harware stores, and is a cheaper alternative to actual mould making Liquid silicone rubber (LSR). The moulds made thus aren't as good quality as LSR but they're good enough if you want to make a small number of casts, and definitely good enough for me. I decided to share my process here.

Thank you!! It depends on the brand and size of the mould honestly. From my experience, tiny moulds harden completely in 2-3 hours, bigger ones take 6-8hrs.
I need to know what the ingredients is that I need to get, mainly for the casting pour.

For the method I showed, you need: 1. Silicone sealant (found in the hardware store) 2. Liquid soap or shampoo 3. Oil or petroleum jelly for greasing For cast and pour using the usual method (not in this video) you would need: 1. Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR ) 2. Petroleum jelly for greasing 3. Disposable container for holding the silicone while it sets I hope this helps!
What type of resin did you use

Epoxy resin. I used Epoke brand clear art resin mixed with acrylic paint, though pigment paste is always preferable, and any brand should do!
Plzzz can you make another dog for me☹️☹️
