+Josh Biller Hey Josh! Love watching your videos on flitetest. I was watching a documentary film on a World War 2 German fighter called the Dornier Do 335 Pfeil ("Arrow"). With some of the World War 2 based planes that you guys are selling, why not design and build a replica version of this german airplane. What would make it interesting for this plane is that it has two engines with a push-pull configuration. One engine in the rear and one in the front. It has the option of turning the front engine off while the rear engine is still running. This would be an interesting project to build on FliteTest. I am planning buying one of your products this year by flying a slow airplane. Peace, Flood!

I just maidened my arrow and flew it FPV. I loved the versa and now I love this even more. Super solid and stable wing. Thanks Bixler.

Those shots with the planes and quads flipping everywhere and crashing was so frickin awesome.

firepat There is a guy that flies delta-shaped nitro-powered planes back and forth along the firing line. He makes them out of that corrugated plastic sheeting they make signs out of, so they can take a lot of bullet strikes. I'm pretty sure the organizers of the MG shoot would let Flitetest fly and film there though, and probably let them shoot some of the machine guns too. It would actually be a really fun video for them to make.

Allways a joy watching Skitzo by the sticks! Also noticed the spot these guys have visited so many times before... just epic!

My first ever scratch build was one of these wings with the F power pack and it is my favorite plane by a long shot. After I flew it for the first time, I had to go to my local shop and buy more batteries so I get more air time with it. Best part is, my build was nowhere near perfect and it still flies like a champ so it is definitely forgiving. Fantastic work on the design!

So cool to see the collaboration of all my Favorite youtube channels. This video reminds me of my first wing flight, I seriously couldn't stop smiling. I ended up buying 3 kits and building them all with friends at work, its really a blast, right from building to teaching/learning to fly, and once you've crashed a few times you realize how easy and cheap they are to repair. Just added FPV gear to mine a couple weeks ago can't wait to try it out.

Wow, they did a phenomenal job with that flying wing. This gives me some small hope that all my flying with multirotors will enable me to handle my 2m electric sailplane when I finally assemble, tape, paint, and fly it this Spring. Fingers crossed! These wings like these are a hoot to fly.. Very fast and very verticle..I have built several of my own.. Instead of fins on tips, move them inward several inches , then you can grab the tip to launch..Works great !

I've been in the hobby for 2 years and I'm now able to fly 4 channel airplanes. I really want to try scratchbuilding, and I think I'm going to try and build my own flying wing from scratch when the summer comes!

those "basic electronics cost about a hundred bucks. the reason so many people arent in the hobby is cause of the price. i was lucky to be able to get into the amazing experinces. and it was all thanks to flite test. without them i wouldnt be into the hobby.

I've come from planes and now mainly fly mulirotors... I've been meaning to try fixed wing fpv for so long. This looks perfect. Unfortunately shipping a speed build kit to Australia is the same price as buying it if not more.. So thankyou for making free plans available. Josh you and flite test are doing so much for the hobby and making it so entertaining at the same time. Hopefully you guys come to australia and we can meet someday Keep up the awesome work.. Cheers

Bought some foam a while back but couldn't decide what to build. Was leaning towards Versa but I think the arrow is the answer. It looks Awesome and crazy fun! :-) Definitely could tell josh, freybott, skitzo, & stingerswarm were all having a blast building, flying, and chasing them. Really enjoyed watching this and hopefully I will get around to building myself an arrow soon. :-)

+Chase Wood LOL, 4 s battery pack is likely a bit more than needed. If you are a speed demon, and the motor and ESC can take it, you are likely to go 3 s.

+Bushcraft and Survival +Chase Wood On my build I will most likely use one of the Emax 2206 1900 kv motors with HQ 6045 and Littlebees 30amp ESC. I will mostly fly 3s, but I have a feeling I may be trying 4s just for the neck of it.

Vince Irie The main issue I had with wings is that I live in a flat country....no mountains etc. And the coolest stuff I see with wings always in the mountains. But this arrow wing is kind of compact and fun to fly in our mini quad environments.
