when i dip my fountain pens, the ones doesnt have converters, can last days before need dip again, maybe because the feed part, the part touch the nib. I also made a homemade quill using a piece of wood and a seagull feather...

Very nice vedio this remembered the pen my mom showed me.

I also made a pen using feather I use a ball point pen refill and a feather I cut the tip of feather then I put the refill into the feather without using any adhesive ...... It's really amazing .... Try it !! Like please😘😎

And how do you clean the india ink off of the fountain pen nib when it can't be taken apart? Your end result looks very nice, but this isn't easy to duplicate. Love the inkwell though.

Nononono! You can't use India ink for fountain pens!!! India ink and calligraphy ink have different bases and you won't be able to wash India ink out because it'll dry. This is unlike calligraphy ink which has a water base. Your best bet is to go to staples and pick up a calligraphy ink bottle or like $5

juana sobnom you can ask about silk thread from the guy who does embroidery .... and you can simply bleach any normal feather and dye/ paint your favorite color on it

That's exactly what i was going to ask, I have a fountain pen that already comes with an ink cartridge and I don't want to waste it. :(

@@mahirahkhan9963 if the fountain pen part has the feed part, can last days before need to dip again. i do it with my parker fountain pen, my Parker pen doesnt have a converter and the long cartridge is hard to found here...
