Been a long time since my last video. before I get back into things, I thought I would give a quick update on a couple of the things I have been working on.
I'm a bit rusty so bear with me while I get back into the swing of things.

Have you got a good earth? I'm a powder coater. If the powder isn't sticking make sure it's earthed and you've got enough powder coming out of the gun. Regards Dean

Hi Dean, Thanks for your message. Not at the now shop just yet, but at the old place there is a big copper ground rod. The newer gun I made works pretty well, its the old one I have issues with. Thanks for watching!

Hey mate! nah I just designed it and had it built, then did the development on it until I was happy. I have another company moulding the cabinets. New guns are fairly safe. They are pretty low amperage and comparatively low voltage too.

Those plastic cabinets look amazing. Do you know what the rough price point will be and whether you'll be able to ship internationally?

Thanks James, Yeah these are $6k NZD, so a bit under half the price of the Stainless cabinet I do in the same size. Looking at getting them into Australia, but sorting through logistics and tax/duty atm to work out whether it will still be viable or whether it will push the price too high. If I can sort that out I will look at other countries too. Cheers Josh

Do tou think the laser Rust remover Will and blast cabnet ?

  • @ArmouryEnterprises

That depends on the advance of the tech. Currently laser rust removal systems are still very expensive. Eventually someone will figure out how to make them cheap and at that point, entry level sandblaster will be done. Vapour blasting may hold out a bit longer but eventually laser will advance to the point that you can adjust the surface finish and will displace vapour blasters too. I hope I understood your question correctly. Cheers
