DIY PC Case - Built with a CNC
Ғылым және технология
Build your own DIY small form factor (SFF) computer case for your Mini ITX PC! The frame is a combination of wood, acrylic glass, and aluminum. It includes two case fans and provides room for a full size 2.5 slot graphics card and an SFX power supply.
The case was built with my DIY CNC machine. The cutting parameters used to machine the aluminum, acrylic, and wood are shown in the video.

this is an amazing case you should start your own sff company
This case is absolutely gorgeous, and I love that you share the building process with us. It's really inspiring, although a little bit frustrating given how good you are at this. Remarkable craftsmanship.
This is the most precise work from all videos I've seen in terms of DIY PC cases. Great job!

@@BooTec one cant say that often enough. just perfect! congrats on that build quality. and thanks for letting everybody have an insight on your remarkable work!
Wow 🤯
“I didn’t have a CNC machine to build with so I built one”
I stumbled across this video searching for design ideas to 3D print an SFF case for a future project, when I downsize my first PC build. This is beautiful and you have elevated it to an art form. Kudos to you and like so many others, I encourage you to take your ideas/designs to manufacturers. There is a strong market out there for functional SFF cases that do not break the bank!
Oh my god. The level of detail is just too much for me! Thank you so much. I'm sure your pops was super happy.
Epic
This is the most utilitarian and gorgeous case I've ever seen. You fixed airflow issues, kept structural integrity, didn't forget about people who still have data to store and kept it minimalist. I love it. I don't have a CNC machine, but I would buy this in a heartbeat.
I really comment very rarely on KZread, but that is a piece of art! I designed and built a lasercut wooden ITX case myself ("REAL CUBE") and have plans for the next one already so I really had flashbacks watching this. The most interesting part for me was the selfmade plywood, I wouldn't have thought it'd be so straight forward to work with that. Also great job on your DIY CNC, I loved the clean layout and cable management!

Thank you for the kind words Minefoxi and good luck with your next build!
I am totally blown away. Apart from the fact that you are one hell of a craftsman, the little details like the sunk in magnets to stop the sides from sliding is genius. You have definitely got a new subscriber

So sharp work. Not looks so for the first sight. Outstanding!

By far, the best custom care and video i have ever seen. Congratulations!
the magnet design idea is neat 👍
What a gift for dad! You must make him very proud. Great work.
The case itself looks really gorgeous, and its so satisfying to watch the machine doing the cuts.
This is an amazing work of art. Thanks for sharing!
Unbelievable with one word. Thank you very much for sharing the plans publicly too. You are great :)
It's definitely why i want to afford a CNC machine in order to unleash my creativity and talent like you did on that video
I love wood and woodworking and this has got to be the best case showing off wood but also in way that makes sense as a SFF case. Tremendous job sir and thank you for sharing with us. 👍👍
Thank you so much for sharing this with all of us! Also, for encouraging those of us who do not have all the tools, there is always another way around :)
InWin needs to hire you bro. Your case looks better than their A1.
This channel needs more videos! Are you still there BooTec ?
That is an absolutely beautiful case; and my favourite thing of all: amazing DIY work that used DIY tools! Awesome work!
Nice intro. Right off the bat you state the case volume and general cooling parts it's compatible with. I really like this metal-wood combination of parts that you used.
Super cool your quality shines through.
I'm perfectionist, the beauty in order is very pleasing for me. This is... well i can only imagine your satisfaction after building it. Great work.
This is soo cool. U done a great job
Ridiculously good looking and clean build! Really well done from design to end product.
This case is so neat! Really impressive job! Well done!
Fantastic video quality. Happ holidays!!
I never comment on videos, but I've built multiple cnc routers, and I have to say well done. As for this pc case build, it is outstanding, your design skills and attention to detail are exacting. I appreciated all the detail and effort you put into this. I would put this project on par with the type of craftsmanship that we see coming from people like Chris from Clickspring. Keep up the good work, and looking forward to your next project.
This case is gorgeous ! Awesome work ;)
id totally buy it tbh, very professional and better looking than almost all mainstream cases
Gorgeous. You should produce these. I have no doubt these would sell like coupe cakes. I d prefer this to Ncase and i love the M1.

Defo, it this design could be mass produced, I bet it would sell very well.
great work! it's a perfect case that we can imagine, for this configuration we have toreplace the back fan with a slim one 120mm & make a bigger ventirad for more performance, the GPU is perfectly cooled ! so thank you for sharing this DIY video!
Beautiful build and what a great gift for your father!
This is fantastic, and the build looks very clean. Your dad is a lucky man!
Great video, and all done for a great purpose! I'm sure your dad loves it! Beautiful work.
When Floki goes from boats to PC cases this happens. Bravo my friend!
You Sir are a Precision Craftman!!!! Bravo .
Awesome job! Such an amazing quality for a diy case, really impressive!
Пожалуй одно из лучших исполнений корпусов, которые я когда либо видел. Супер!
What a work of art. I love the mixing of metal and wood
Really good job man a lot of patience, passion and work for a superb result... Many thank to shared it.
Stunning, what a beautiful bit of kit.
Bro I needed a case like this for the past 5 months
Woww is not the word!! Your videos are exceptionally good and is a visual treat to DIY'ers like me. Keep up the good work buddy :)

Great work with both the CNC and the video production!
wow nice work.! stunning little case
This is what i was looking for, an example of PC case construction. I want to build my own, like a NZXT H1 look.
New favourite channel! Love this build and love the CNC! Keen to see more!
Beautiful, you are a true craftsman, your CNC is one of the best DIY I've seen and I hope to make it my next project with the addition of a vacuum port ;-)
Beautiful work.
good job, thanks.
That was a cool project. Nice!
Very nice! A true "labor of love"
Amazing work!
Excellent engineering and realization.
Beautiful!
Excellent video. Thanks.
Super cool ! Awesome craftsmanship!
Outstanding!! congrats
Wow! You did an excellent job! The quality is top notch! I wish I can build a diy case with this kind of precision. Building your own CNC machine is already overwhelming and difficult...
this dude built his own cnc
You are amazing the techs.
Very nice work!
Awesome case. I'm very impressed!
Awesome job man. shows your passion and dedication... keep it up...
Damn, thats an amazing work. its nearly art. I recommend a dust grille against the dust to protect the inside on the big openings.
Amazing build! Just amazing.
Excellent work! The internal layout is well thought out. The only addition I might add would be to apply a mesh front opening to improve air flow as well as a section at the top for 120mm fan. I’ll be looking forward to getting these plans. However, I’d first like to get the upcoming plans on your CNC build. Will keep checking in.

Thank you Gary. The airflow seems to be pretty good and I'll compare it against my other cases for reference. The CNC plans are in the works :)
Splendid! I highly recommend that you come up with a solution to attach an easy-to-clean dust filter for that 140mm intake fan. Please let us know when you do :)
Beautiful case and work. I love how you included the photo of you and your father at the end.
Excellent case. Great job!!
Great video and even better case :) recently I did one too but it's much simpler and more like cube
Good work. Well done.
Very very nice case!
Fantastic workmanship, beautiful material finish, well done. This is another great reason to build a CNC-I would love one in walnut veneer with a satin silver finish on the aluminum :)
This is fantastic. I love it.
Very clean and beautiful case! Well done!
Great work
wow, this is epic. Thanks for sharing.
Beautiful piece of work. technically brilliant! Best part for me is that it was made as a gift. Very special gift for your father. Could you do a quick follow up video on the Journey of the design from Fusion through to the machine? Code generations tool paths and then sending the ode to the machine, practical tips? Cheers Allan
Designing the PSU to be mounted with the cables facing behind the motherboard tray is so smart.. Wish more case designers did this
Awesome, congrats!!!!!!
Really beautiful case. Love the inside ergonomics. Exquisite Aesthetics. Elegant design. Love the magnet retention system. Maybe you could consider some sort of webbed mesh at the front and at the bottom for filtering dust. Beautiful Beautiful Beautiful. Love it.
Awsome job!!!!!
Wow it's beautiful. You deserve more subs with this level of quality.
Nice built!
Salute Sir !! What a beautiful aesthetics !!
Wow!!! Amazing...
Damn you went all out, the editing, the project, the quality and even the description. I'd really like to learn some of your skills. You earned a sub, keep it up!
I really like the CNC you built. I am thinking of building my own.
great work man ,loving it
