I bought this as my first propane grill. It's been a fun, learning experience kzread.infoUgkxCx5fHawkK9OoV-ojFrY8JLnZrFwAmvUt . I think it's a bit too pricey after looking at other grills, but it wasn't hard to put together and it works really well. I love the side burner option for heating food during a power outage. I have an electric stove and live in the South (Hurricane season), so this was a bonus. I also bought a cover for it and it has protected it nicely (the Char Broil All-Season Grill Cover 3-4 Burner: Large). Every few grill sessions, I take the rack (or grate) and burner covers off and clean them with a non-abrasive scrubby and mild soap. I wipe the excess off of the bottom as well, taking care to avoid the gas and pilot lines.

That’s going to be a very cool bar. I’m sure you will have some great nights in your backyard once it’s all finished. Great work. If I ever make it up your way I’ll have to stop by and enjoy a cold one with you.

Absolutely dude!! Hopefully it will turn out really awesome and then you’ll definitely have to stop by for a cold one...or two!!! Happy Father’s Day man!

Good work. Thinking of adding one of these to a shed to turn into a cook shed never thought of a bar. Maybe I’ll try to do both . Good work

Lookin good ! This is exactly what I’ve been wanting to build . I live in a rent house so maybe I need to look for some salvage stuff so I don’t lose money when we leave the house .

Hey RG! Happy Father’s Day! We also have a lease but even so we would definitely “upcycle “ everything anyway. Just a great way to create things exactly how we want at a manageable pace and and with any move can be taken apart like legos!

I want to build a garden sink area on my back patio. How are you connecting the sink?

Hey man! Thanks so much for watching! I will most likely be going with pex piping as it should be really easy to connect and disconnect in the winter. However, if it proves to just be a pain, I will then use a garden hose with a water splitter at the end and install one of those eBay $60 3000W 110V Mini Instant Electric Tankless Hot Water Heaters to have hot&cold water for now.

Hi there thank you so very much for watching! The whole structure has held up very well. We had several storms recently that broke branches from a nearby tree and nothing at all happened to the roof.
