So creative . Love it.
Really love the idea of plywood beams!! Since plywood is so flat and you used your super nice saw blade there is no need for a planner or router making this accessable to so many people :) Also plans look great!!
I love your design. and since I'm an interiordesigner and minimalist at heart your furniture are perfect for my style. it's hard to find unique minimal pieces and I'm from Jamaica and the culture here is very different. you inspired me and I'm happy you are doing this for people like me and others. thank you.

Parez Morris I'm Jamaican also. I'm making my own furniture because everything that I like is super expensive and I don't want my home to look like the traditional Jamaican home.......aka pack every inch with huge, bulky furniture...still holding onto the old European way.
That's really awesome man!
it's really interesting that you never run out of new ideas. keep creating!
Good Work, a video has to watch several times
One of the best tutorials ever. Great format & editing - direct and to the point.
I had such a visceral to your work up until recently, I thought your scale was too small and your materials too simple. I still watched every video. It was great to hear about your background from the podcast and how you determined your materials you use in your projects. Thanks!
Not for my place, but man, I love the design of this sofa! Great job
I saw this earlier this year on his Instagram, and couldn't wait for the video it looks great can't wait to see what is coming next!!
Really great method for doing the leather around the cushion, Ben! Good video!
Using plywood to make plywood. :) I love it! Great design. I bet it is both super heavy and super sturdy.
I love the design and how simple it is!
Really cool project ! I really like that kind of design where you just add layers together and they interlock to create the joints !!
Nice work Ben. That's a pretty amazing design!
Freaking love this man!! Simple, elegant and affordable!!! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Great design, and I love that the plywood construction makes this more "doable" for people without a lot of professional equipment or a real workroom. And it would probably be easy to make a similar design that can be converted into a guest bed.
Nice! I'm happy to see more stacking going on.
Thatt looks sofa king heavy! Awesome build love it!!!
I like a larger seat space, and a shorter back in my modern style, but I really like your use of plywood "stacks." Cool!
Awesome project. Nice way to reuse the footage of the leather work from the zigzag sofa too! It was only when the dog walked across I noticed! 😂 Hey no point reinventing the wheel! The end result is really cool looking. Clean and modern.
love this design
I really like your videos and I was wondering if you could possibly show us how to make a leather press? I was looking through youtube and I didn't find any videos on how to make one but there were videos on how to use one.
Love this simplistic design...
this is a really good method, we get bamboo delivers and to protect it the company sandwiches them between chip board, i often rip strips of it and glue it up to make work shop cabinets and doors, really strong and looks cool, nice one dude
looks great. i love it!
Hi Ben, I found your videos a couple of years ago and have fallen in love with the idea of making my own furniture. But I have no idea where to start. What tools should I buy first? What projects should I start out with to help teach me the basics? Could you possibly do a video about where to start from nothing? Thank you for your videos.
Great project. I like the way it is so straight forward. Can this design be extended to a three seater? If yes, what would be the things to consider?
I like the built in end-tables this design has.
wow!!! absolutely beautiful and clean looking. I love it. how much would you say it would cost just for materials, including the leather?
Hey man....great project!!! Just a thought: maybe the back rest could be foldable and rest on the seat to transform the sofa into a bed... Keep up whit the nice work...
Cool, wonderful job! loved it!
Seriously great! Thanks Ben!
You should build a cat tree playground thingy that doesnt look as horrid as the pet shop ones. pretty please!!

Love the video and creativity. Keep inspiring us
Love this sofa!!!
Love this one!
I don't have much space but like the concept as a chair with the sides which would eliminate the need for side tables etc.

Great job my friend.
I am not really into DIY, but this was so interesting, enough to get me into it.
Nice job brother, i want to see more this videos like this
genius! fantastic!
Cool! How long do you wait till glue become strong and you become to glue next level? Do you polish plywood before adding second coat of lacquer?
Nice job! I saw what you did there with the cushion tho, I have seen that before ;)

He used the same clips to the leather.
Nice design ben! Looks a bit japanese so long and close to the floor!
Add cup holders
SUPER COOL!!!
this is sweet!!
Just looking at this, am thinking wow could use this as a bed by making the headboard so it lies flat, what about giving my idea a go?
Do you have a diy Murphy bed video?
Perfect!!!
Je trouve ça super!!
Amei muito lindo mesmo.
Great one
can also we making storage below the seating??
Question for you. If someone hefty were to sit dead center. Would the wood not begin to bend without a slat in the center extending from the front to the back to help prevent it from bending?
Hi there from Portugal, Nice Sofa :D Obrigado(Thanks)

Joe basement woodworking that's what I thought, too! It almost screams convertable...I'm sure it could easily be done - the plywood construction let's you play around with the design at will, after all. It's almost like building a lego bedcouch ☺

Rara Avis that's true about the plywood and funny you say that about the Legos cuz when I was watching the video it made me think of Legos LOL

Rara Avis could even cut a couple cup holders into the sides possibilities for this are almost endless
Would love to see a futon version of this.
muy bueno
Great!
Beautiful! I want for my cat's room
What kind of blade did you use for your circular saw?
Did you put that saw blade on backwards?
Nice luv all your vedios
muito bom
You should've made some sort of hook or tie to connect the upholstery to the wood frame to prevent sliding. Nice build though
nice dude
Good thing to have a sofa for those 4 ton surprise visitors!
This is a more sleek design than the previous sofa.
Dig it!
Good
l love the design of this new sofa but I'm not a fan of the déjà vu part of the video. With that said, coming up with a new brillant idea every week is very challenging, so no worries... Keep up the good work :-)
Show de bola 👏👏👏
i only see the beauty
How much does it end up weighing?
very nice but you should tell the distances and all in the metric system too. in cm,mm and stuff...
I dont find the Description for this project On you Website :/
How much was the total build ? If you dont mind me asking?
Ben, what is the thing strapped to your thigh in the first 30 seconds?
