What length should cords be if I’m using 4mm and how many do I use, if the main ring is 30cm instead??

Hi, dear bluemoon studio,, I took 40cm ring. Nd was needed total 64 cords!!! Each column needed 16cords then only your design works. You mentioned 240cm , 40 cords!!!.. is it a printing error!!! Please clarify.. pattern is very nice.. enjoyed making.. thanks sharing the tutorial with us..🙏🙏❣

hello! this is such a beautiful design, thank you for sharing!! I would love to make it for my standing lamp shade. but I am having trouble deciphering the instructions for the materials needed. 250cm=98 inches. did I get that right? that's for the total length of the string that will be folded in half, correct? which will make the actual length 49 inches. did I get those numbers right? I don't want to cut before I get clarification. thanks in advance for your response!

What kind of braid did you do to the end tips?

4 quadrants with 6 rows of 8 strands. 32 strands per quad but halved because 1 cord = 2 strands.

Hi :) It’s 120cm from top ring to bottom! And 80cm from 2nd ring to bottom :)

Da sieht man nicht wie lange die Fäden sein müssen und was man alles benötigt.

Beautiful design but I used 250cm cords as suggested and it wasn't nearly enough to make the design as shown. I had to change it and do 2 x single diamonds, 1 x double diamond, 1 x triple diamond, 1 x double diamond then 2 x single diamonds. And I wasn't able to do the double stitch under each diamond. Nowhere near enough cord left if using 250cm per cord. Should the length by 500cm and then it's 250cm when folded in half please?

I think it's because the thickness of the thread is different or because I tied it tightly. I am so sorry I couldn't deliver you the exact information 🙏 Next time, I'll cut it with enough thread length.

실은 90합 사용했구요~ 6cm 링 200cm 2 줄 40cm 링 250cm *80줄 로 만들었습니다 :)
