Great tutorial!! However, my lantern has different measurements and I was wondering what's the height of one diamond or finished lantern, so I can figure out the length of my ropes!

@@cgaticaeducation50 Hice una lampara con ese dibujo. Como él explica lo podés hacer de 6 filas o de 8. Las medidas son imposibles de dar porque depende del grosor del hilo y el tamaño que quieras hacer tu lampara. yo usé un aro de 30cm. 88 filas y el hilo creo que de 3mm si usas más grueso serán menos filas y si es más fino más, siempre múltiplo de 8. el largo de los hilos también depende de vos, según las reglas de macramé tenés que multiplicar x4 o 5 el largo del trabajo para tener los cm de los hilos. Espero haberte ayudado🥰

@@nayaragiunco5889 na realidade eu entendi o como ele faz pra contar. Veja que ele medi o square pronto. O que eu vou fazer, vou pegar o fio que vou usar. Tenho oito pedaços de 75 cm que sobrou de outro trabalho. Vou fazer o square e ver quanto usei do fio. Desta forma vou multiplicar a quantidade de fio que usei pelo número de squares que vou fazer. Ex.: se eu usar 45 cm de fio para um square, se eu quiser fazer 3, multiplico 3x45 = 135 cm. Aí deixo mais uns centímetros de segurança, e o que precisar pra fazer a franja. Espero ter ajudado. Se quiser que eu explique melhor me diz, que passo meu whatsapp.

Hi, i tried this lantern. Came out well with the directions you suggested. Want guidance on 2 things. 1. Why you started with half diamond when you had calculated as per full diamond design as the beginning. You also showed the full diamond in the tutorial as well. 2. My lantern net is tight or loose in some places. Uniformity is missing. Waiting for reply. I keep the caption on to understand your explaiinations. Pls reply in english. Thank you.
