DIY KitchenAid Stand Mixer Maintenance
Hi guys!
In this video, I will show you how I did the maintenance of our kitchenaid mixer.
This mixer uses a special grease which is food grade, and needs to be re-greased periodically (every 5 years) to ensure that the gears are functioning well and avoid excessive wear and tear.
The tools required for this job are shown in the video.

After wiping them down, I will run the gears under hot running water and then dry

You forgot to put the gasket back into the mixer…

Oh I hope that knife wasn't actually used on food from Jollibee. Everything you produce in that KitchenAid is going to taste terrible.

He doesn't speak English and this you can understand. I need to do this to my Kitchen Aid desperately so I'm more than willing to listen to him. Saving me big bucks if I do it myself. I'm not surecwho would provide this service.
