If you prefer to shower at night, you could use lavender essential oil for its calming properties.

2 parts sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)
1 part citric acid (anhydrous is best)
2.5 % max of peppermint essential oil (check the usage rate of your essential oil with your supplier and for your country)

I may have to try this one. I feel like I miss out on so many lovely products by only having a shower! They will be fantastic in the cold weather to help keep airways fresh and clear :)

It actually helps a lot. For evening showers lavender is great.
Finally a video that has an actual weight / % of use for the essential oil and not just a drop amount! Thank you for this!!!

There are a few things you can do. Cellophane or shrink wrap. It also works in paper bags.

Hello! I wanted to know the difference between shower steamers and bath bombs?

Hello. Very good question. A bath bomb is to be put in the bath water. It sometimes contains oils or butter for skin conditioning. Whereas shower steamers are to be put on your shower floor while showering so that while dissolving the essential oils are diffused like an aromatherapy. They are not in direct skin contact because they contain a high amount of essential oils. Hope this helps. Have a great day
