How did u keep those 2 rods that the brake assembly rides on from warping and getting out of square from welding it?

I drill holes and put them in and weld it on the bottom

Very nice build! I'm going to build myself one using yours as a guide. I'm going to try adding an adjustable material backstop. If mine turns out as nice as this I'll be very pleased.🙂

So cool. Question about the your hydraulic brake press: 1. What kind of size ram is that? How many tons? Is it using a electronic hydraulic pump with a foot petal ? I like this over an hydraulic jack..

It’s 60 cm ram dude , I don’t know how many tons , I test it over 2500psi and I still alive ;) it’s using a hand pump

What type of hydraulic press is that? I like the hydraulic using the actuator style

What gauge steel can you bend with this? Any supply list for this build by chance?

I bend a bar 10mm but it can bend easy sheet metal as I test it on 5mm

I would like to know the dimensions of the stock you used.

funny...you seperated the one flat bar from the other pieces, but then you welded the ring onto the top which permanently joins them...was that a mistake?

I don’t know what you mean ! It has to be separate because the bolts hold the bars of the bender ,to remove it , see the video until the end and you will understand;) thanks for your comment
