Like what you did with the angle iron on the conveyor, I have a setup that I assembled on my channel, it is all temp this year testing to see how I like it and where I will end up building it.

Just some knowledge on conveyors add a crown in the pulleys it helps in belt tracking. I have used Duck tape and built it up.

Drive pulley on conveyor should be at top end (discharge end) not bottom

It would definitely help! It works. Not great, but enough to do what I need for now. If I build another one there there will be lots of changes!

My biggest issue is I either need more belt tension or a better drive pulley/drum. Sometimes it slips when too many pieces fall on it.

Looks good! Im planning on building something similar. Whats the original use for that rubber strap? Is it meant for conveyors? I dont know where to source that from since its extremely expensive to buy them where im from

Thank you! I got a piece of old conveyor belt from my dad. I believe he knew someone who used to replace them and would sell the worn down ones on the side.

Best bet would be to look at local listings and see if anyone has any. Mine isn't perfect but it works.
