Hello friends in this video I try to make Header pin cutting machine.
I have newly design a multipurpose PCB using ATmega328p IC.
I used one stepper motor and one DC motor in this project.
This machine cuts the header pin as per the information given by user via HMI.
I have invested lots of time and effort to built this machine but it does not works as I want.
I will definitely improve it in future.

the male version can be broken with your fingernails without wasting time.. but the females are a real time problem.

Yeah, you have to be precise and touch the right spot with the correct amount of force, otherwise prepare for hell 😂

it is useful when You need to produce bunch of boards with hundreds of headers. But this is just a bad design OR it is a devboard

I was going to comment it needs a shield at top to keep pieces from flying away, but he added that later - you can see it in shots at 10:48
