Here's a fun and easy DIY project you can make! These plant pots are simple and easy and look great in the garden or indoors! This concrete project using portland cement and sand to cover a styrofoam mannequin head and turn it into an awesome plant pot! This face plant pot looks like stone!

    I used 2.5 parts Portland cement to 1 part sand.

    what is the first layer you did? Before the cement. I could not understand what you called it?

    Thin-set adhesive. It is a cement-based adhesive.
