Finally, someone who freezes their video and shows us a close up! Thank You!!!

I took both doorknobs off, the inside of the latch mechanism fell out. Nothing left but the latch that won’t budge, so I can’t open my front door. HELP!

I have an issue where when i unlock the door with the key, the key turns all the way (almost complete circle) and when this happens it mis-aligns the interior lock knob. Is this something wrong with the latch itself that I could replace just that, or something internal in the lock mechanism?

not clear enough. I don’t understand what you said the problem is. So i can’t correct my problem.
