Great, thanks for watching, hope you enjoy the other videos as well!
Thanks so much! I have an older rental property and I'm discovering a lot of these types of situations all over. Your video was very helpful and encouraging that I could fix this myself (which is always my goal haha). Looking forward to all your channel has to offer.

Thanks so much ! We need to repair a (of all rooms) the bathroom door in our 1905 Victorian that won’t stay closed and is not hung straight. Was looking for a long lasting solution and glad I found one 😊

What tools were you using
4:28 😂😂😂 Good video, Adam! Happy we get another peek at your Victorian home. Out of curiosity, why did you decide not to paint the actual door this go around?

Haha, glad one of my regulars appreciated that!!! Thanks brother!! My wife says I’ll always have the mind of a 16 year old teenage boy...and she right :) So I’m going to spray all the doors in one batch so it’s much quicker of a process. I’ll have my guys sand and prep the doors when we finish this client job we’re on.
If there’s nothing behind like if it’s just hallow or just a wall would you say put a piece of wood behind it too. Mainly for the screws to go into but also to hold the piece

Yes, but as much wood as you can fit back there and support it heavily so that you don’t have to go back in later on
_My god man, there are tools for this,_ they had them in the 1880's. *None of them look like a painters tool.*
Also that but that stops the door is that always separate? My frame doesn’t seem like it is maybe due to it been painted

Normally, but many times they’ve been caulked so tightly they seem like there one piece
Just seen you have the dewalt hammer ive been looking at it but haven't pulled the trigger on buying it, how do you find it?

Hey, I absolutely love the DeWalt Hammer, and I have been through so many hammers!! This is the 12 ounce one and I have to say it feels like a very expensive hammer the way that it’s balanced in the hand and it’s very soft and forgiving on the joints! I’d say pull the trigger and let me know what you think, but I couldn’t be any happier with mine!

Hey, technically it’s called an oscillating tool, but a lot of people called a cut off tool or multi tool because of the old cordless ones. ;) -Adam
