it will be a year thing since my l5s1 fusion this coming September.... can you believe that i only seen this video now.... reason im comenting is because your story is very relatable.... You figure that just for having the surgery as dangerous as it is that the family and the world would leave you alone to heal for at least a year.... But No. The nonsense that took places did involve having my girlfriend of 5 years leave, and my mother and father ( both 70+) having mental issues.... So, rehab had to take a back seat for the first 5 months. In that 5 months i ended up having a car accident, and a few falls (all because of those issues mentioned above......... Reason im writing this is because that i can not believe that the surgeon nor the neurologist nor family doctor mentioned that i really should have all my business in order before even thinking about having such a procedure. Because for me my shit started happening within 1 to 2 days after my surgery (hence the car accident 4 months after surgery) I am or was the care taker of family and girlfriend....... . Major depression when shit started happening.... All the healing progress had to be hurried and sometimes ignored so i can take care of business s.... It was either that or just kill everybody around me and me......From my point of view it was and is such a shame to have wasted a perfect surgery result. Its not about manning up and more about leave me alone and give me time to heal physically and mentally.... When you think about it the results of the surgery could of gone sideways very easy..... Anyhow, thanks for the video.... In a nasty way it feels somewhat of justice just nowing that im not the only one...... My favorite expression through the last year is i cant believe this is happening, what have i surrounded my self with??????????

After several trips to the ER, I finally came across your video and have been sober since February 18th this year! He sstated that Kratom has one-sixth the potency of hydrocodone(like 6 grams of Kratom are equal to 1000 mg of hydrocodone, with is total bullshit!!! If somebody takes his advice and wants to replace his Kratom use with hydrocodone it would end most likely deadly.

I still to this day, after learning how to get on and off kratom, because at first I had withdrawals experimenting with it. Now I never have withdrawals. I take 1 capsule. It does the trick for me. 1 red Bali capsule from whole herbs or 1 green vein indo capsule. That's where and how I like it. If you're taking 20 capsules at a time. You prob shouldn't be using any substance at all unless you have the attitude of "I'm here for a good time not a long time" which in that case do what you want.

I don’t think this would be a problem if people who take kratom actually told the truth about it. That it is addictive and that it has opioid like properties and that you shouldn’t take it everyday and it’s not the cure all drug. Smoke shops and vape stores advertise it’s non addictive and that it won’t harm your body just as weed is advertised. It’s the same with weed studies show that smoking weed everyday will damage your body than the people who only smoke for 1 week out of the month but like me and most people we over do it then become dependent. People need to tell the truth about the substance they take the good and the bad. I also believe it shouldn’t be sold by people who have no idea what it is or does like at vape shops or smoke shops. For the past 3 years I haven’t met one person at a smoke shop that actually knows what it is and I’ve seen people who don’t really need it and try it then fall into a pattern of trying to chase that high it gives you because we all know that it makes you feel extremely good the first few times you take it and people try to hide that by saying it’s an energy boost or whatever but then why do heroin alcohol or any ex addict take it to get off? Because it mimics thoses highs. This is just my opinion but it shouldn’t be regulated by the government just more people need to tell it for what it is and stop trying to hide very important aspects of the plant.

Those states and people who agree have to wake up and stop demonizing others for those who it works for. End the stigma in general, ppl gotta stop looking at all of us as dope heads and addicts, Coach. Thx for being a huge voice to educate the uneducated, helping us ; not hurting, & I feel motivated when my back is bugging me I’ll watch your videos often with an fresh cup of sleepy joe ☕️ combined with red bali or red Maeng Da. I never asked to live with this pain. We’ve both seen and been through a lot of sh!t so last thing we need are a bunch of non-empathetic naysayers. To those who quit kratom or realize it’s not for them, good luck to them. But we need full truth and transparency.
