Hello friends, thanks so much for stopping by my channel. I hope you enjoy todays tutorial for these easy macrame Santa Ornaments.
Please note that you do not have to worry about using the exact same materials. These are very versatile and can be made with just about any size cord, yarn or string to wrap with, and many other options including ribbon, fuzzy yarn, etc, for the trim of the hat.

How much white tail did you leave? Looks like 2”?

Hi Lynda, I can’t remember the exact measurement off hand (I’m not home) but I do believe it was 2inches (or extremely close to that!) also, it does get a wee bit longer when you unwind the rope and brush it out! ♥️

@@soulfulnotions2648 that’s what I went with, but I may go a little longer line 2.5 so I have enough for the beard. Once I finish it I’ll update this reply so others know :)

The red yard is 3.5” on small cord, 4” on medium cord and 4.5” on longest cord.
