    You should have millions of views, by far the best videos I’ve watch from your editing, to how clearly you explain the process, to your camera work and lighting work and specially not adding music to the background and not getting off topic! Thumbs up I hope you can grow your channel and hoping to see more videos on the E63s!

    Thanks, appreciate a comment. Unfortunately for views, I'm working on three very uncommon cars lol. The 355, E63, and an m1009. It's tricky to include enough details so a DIY person can follow it and be successful but also not be 4 hours long where nobody watches it 😆

    @@ExoticCarDIYyes you are working on uncommon cars but just know that the few amount of us 212r E63s owners who want to do the work/maintenance ourselves are truly appreciative of your videos. I have done all of these to my car, air filter, door trim change, spark plug,leather interior clean, i watched one of your videos when my car made a bad noise in the driver side front and your video led me to the common control arm failure point and replaced that, and now i will be changing front and rear diff fluid very soon with the help of your videos. Hopefully a transmission fluid change video comes soon. Thank you

    @@ExoticCarDIYIm concerned due to the airmatic rear suspension. I was told obe should NOT jack the car up on any one side but put it on a lift so its equal/even with the ground. And also shop put 265/35/19 on front with fact wheel and I seem to have odd noises from front and trans ckunkd into gear in front after backing out and puttib ng it in D and pull forward slowly. Now after 800 mi on oversized tires Im told it can severly damage trans or front drive axles 😱 Its supppsed to have 255/35/19's up front, shop only had 265's and I had to get on road and to work. Pls help, I cant afford a $5k trans or front axle job! And can you do an oil change on jack stands too? Thx.

    Thank you very much for posting your videos. I have the same exact car, except in black. Love doing the work myself and this will help me take on the differential fluid. Great work! What thread sealant/lubricant do you use?

    Good job as always. What was the mileage of the vehicle when you do this oil change?

  • @ExoticCarDIY

    @ExoticCarDIY

    10k miles. I forget the interval, probably every 50k. I did this one because there is suppose to be one done at 2k miles, but it wasn't in the maintenance history so I did it to make sure

    Hey! I love the videos, great job. I was curious what I should change or replace that's important for my 90k miles check-up? I have a 2014 E63s. I'm trying to go through a list to see which ones I should do. Thanks!

    A lot depends or what has been done previously of course. Normal interval items are a given, like oil/filter every yr, engine and cabin filters every 2 or so. MB says 2y on the brake fluid, but thats a bit excessive IMO. Trans fluid and sparkplugs around 70k as well. As far as a know, there are no big items like timing belt of chains to worry about. My recommendation is a good inspections. Check your acsry belt, brakes, all rubber components like suspension bushings etc. Motor mounts are also a common failure. check for leaks. These are great cars, 90k is nothing! enjoy it

    @@ExoticCarDIY Thank you I appreciate it a ton. It's weird because when I was driving and it's like 30-60 degrees outside and I'm cruising and not beating on it, my engine oil temperature is blue and usually stays between 170-174 and when I step on it, it turns white and goes from 180-200 degrees.

    @@Visi48994 I know what you mean. On any car, I won't give it a lot of throttle until it's fully warmed up... But with the e63, not only can it take a long time, if it's cold it never will turn white lol.

    Manual states after 2,000 mi. And then it's not listed again until after 100k. However, the consensus on the forums is between 30k and 50,000 mi.
