To be honest, it’s never done so to me, but it’s likely because I never keep it on for a very long time. I usually keep the flame going for about 3-4 minutes at a time, long enough just to roast a couple of mellows’!

Hi Was going to do this as well. Except I used metal pie dish from DT and black rocks.
