Hi everyone I’m Alex from modern homemaker. And today I wanted to share with you my take on the Dior Saddle Bag.
On this video I’ll share with you how I created the pattern piece and puzzle my way through joining it all into one beautiful bag.
I’ve been really into fashion lately... specially into bags 😝 but I think maybe you guys have already notice that.

The main idea of all my projects is that you don't let anyone tell you that you can't have the things you want! With a little creativity and inventiveness there is no one who can stop you🥰🥰🥰 La idea principal de todos mis proyectos es que no dejes que nadie te diga que no puedes tener las cosas que quieres! I love this so much! Any idea where i could get similar letters or what they are called so i can search?

Hi!! I actually 3D printed the letters, but if you are wondering about the font I think it is actually Times New Roman!!! But the original is made with a font called “Nicolas Cochin Regular”. You can try to find it in a website called dafont or any other similar, installing is super easy and you could make it any other brand you like :) usually googling for “this-brand-font download” works!
I like this video. The bag is awesome. Do you have the pattern to the bag to share? and where did you get the D & C letters? Thanks for sharing.

Hi! The pattern I made coping the different shapes that I needed from a picture on the computer! 😜 And the letters are 3D printed, but you could probably make them out of card board and crazy glue!!! Just sandwich several layers of cardboard (preferably not box cardboard but something more dense) cut outs of the letters and cover them in crazy glue. Sand them down and paint them!! It should work!

Yes sure! But I will recommend that you choose a softer material than faux or real leather! And to add structure with interfacing before sewing! And if you wanted to make it with leather or leather like materials, maybe try using traditional leather sewing technics, that require making the holes first, and then sewing through them with two needles. It’s faux leather 😜 but honestly something like denim might be easier to work with 🥵

Sorry @loveharmony1 😓 I don’t have the pattern on my computer 🥵 but in the video I explain how you can make your own patter! 🥰 you should give it a try! It is not as hard as it seams 😜

I don't know if you will see this but I am making this bag and I would really love to 3D print the side buckles 🥺 I have a 3D printer but I don't know how to make the letters move nor do I know how to make it look so real like yours! is there a way you can share the file with me? or you can teach me how to make it? I really love your videos and I want to make the best bag I can make🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
