Now seriously considering building a dice tower. Of course, since I'm running Cyberpunk games, it'd have to have a Cyberpunk-y aesthetic... thinking possibly a dingy high-rise tenement building covered in garish billboards and gang tags... Your ideas for towers that "fold" into their own carrying case - like this and the "Book Tower" - are inspirational, have got me thinking in terms of it being able to stow the tower inside its own base.

there is a way you can make it useable with a non-removable lid, as long as it stops at a certain point you could use it to keep important character info, any conversion charts, basically a mini dm screen but for the player

You could also use a plastic container like that with movable tabs to avoid having to cut them out and prevent getting hurt.
