    use 200 lbs of steel tubing and 10-15 welding rods just to lift two computer monitors. thats the type of overengineering that make me proud

    I love that the speakers rising is slightly delayed. Very cool that they only start rising when the the monitors are about 2/3 of the way up. Quality job!

    I love our classic german overengineering. This gives me lot's of ideas for a desk in a camper (omni-)bus. Especially the table top could be used as a light blocking roof. Also if it does not flip over, you could place plants or other things on top which just move upwards with it. I love the idea of the second, lower platform to put the keyboard and mouse (and other peripherals) 😍

    wow, was ein Unterschied zwischen Deinen Tesla Verarsche Video, wo Du wie ein schulmeisterhafter Lehrer rüber kommst und diesem DIY Video (und weiteren guten anderen Videos). Beide Inhalte sind gut, wobei mir der DIY Inhalt deutlich besser gefällt. Danke für die vielen guten Inspirationen, ich werde wohl auch mal wieder etwas aktiver werden.... FETTEN DANK

    that type of stuff is not worth it, if you take work time + cost of stuff used, nobody would still think about buying it, and you can make alot more by just doing regular jobs, otherwise it can only work when it gets an insane exclusive price.

    Two, no less, unless Apple's free standing monitors have changed appearance recently. Still, you can obviously install other operating systems on a Mac if you find you need that for your workflow, but given that all the games you're probably about to mention already run on Mac and probably even Linux these days, you may not even need to do that.

    Holy hell brother! You could of launched a space shuttle out of that thing with how well built that beast is but I like it! Someone in about 300 years is going to be telling their grandchildren they have no clue how it came to be in the family but it still works like day 1

    That is by far the most amazing desk I've seen! Throw some LEDs on there and what a gem... Can't image what it weighs and how hard it would be to move it around though. Very cool!

    Great piece of work and as someone already pointed out, highly over engineered, but to me that is perfect! I just wondered if a power switch on the monitor cage might be in order so that monitors turn off and on automatically as they retract and extend?

    Mega nice. Aber du solltest bei den Eisenstangen, die die hintere Holzplatte hochheben, einen sanften Stoff verwenden, sodass das Holz nicht langfristig belastet wird. ( Kratzer Spuren )

    Tips, Tricks & More man könnte auch noch eine idunktionsladestation für kabelloses laden in der Schreibtisch Platte verstecken, sodass sein Smartphone automatisch beim Ablegen lädt.

    Hätte ich so eine eigene Werkstatt, würde ich mir das ebenso machen. Ich liebe es Zeit damit zu verbringen, nützliche Dinge im Haus einzuplanen. Dabei kann man das Design vollstens selbst bestimmen und ist nicht dem typischen aufgeklebten oder geschmackslosen Trend ausgeliefert.

    DIY so long as you have a welder, shop setup for metal working and carpentry and the computer knowledge to program an arduino unit

    Locksmith? That just looks like a general metal workshop to me. Regardless, the plans are of course useless to anyone who doesn't have access to any kind of workshop. Good thing that it can also be made out of wood with the addition of a few extra beams for stability

    Kann mir jemand erklären warum fast 80 Leute dieses Video gedisliked haben! Das ist doch ein EinsA Schreibtisch und das Video war auch gut man hat zwar die einzelnen Schritte nicht genau gesehen, aber das ist doch kein dislike! Komisch!
