DIY Cyclone Dust Collector For Your Shop Vacuum

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Are you looking for an inexpensive dust collector that you can make? In today’s video, I am sharing how to make this DIY cyclone dust collector for your shop vacuum. This solution is not the best solution to eliminate sawdust, but you will notice that it reduces the amount of dust in the air and helps keep your shop vacuum cleaner (fewer filter changes!).
All the supplies can be found at your local hardware store and will cost about $60 unless you already have a garbage can on hand.
SIDE NOTE: This tutorial was inspired by Chris Notap's video “How to make - Simple cyclone dust collector,” so if you are looking for a collector that uses buckets, be sure to check out his tutorial.

This is definitely better than the depot buckets, they all cracked on me after a year of use. I’ll be building mine using a 55 gallon barrel with lid. Great idea with the window seals!

Your audio is crazy. Your voice on the left with music on the right. (; you can reinforce the outside of the can with some straight pipe or scrap wood attached through the wall and it should prevent it from what you described being an issue.
