Love this channel❤ The dung collection tray should have a thin layer of wood shavings or rice hulls. This will allow you to save labour because you don't have to scrape dung everyday then because of reduced moisture and odor. The collected mixture of dung and shavings will compost better and can be sold or used for fertilizer.

Hey Dexter!! Personally, I think that you having to start from scratch on a new piece of land is actually the best thing that could have happened to you because if all goes well, you will get money from the land that you are going to lose but can use that money to get a new piece of land, which you are already doing, but now you can take the time to organize and design the new land exactly the way you want it. You can use the knowledge and experience from the current land and animals that you have and use that to design a layout for the new piece of land so that you can have all the chickens in one place, all the birds in another place, and the fish in another place, etc. I think that you should consider building 2-level/floor buildings on part of the land so that in the bottom floor you can have chickens with access to go outside during the day and on the second floor you could have your bird cages with solar panels on top of the bird cages to produce electricity for your use or to sell to the city or others. And you could have all your ponds together where you could put aquaponics on half so that it can be shade for the fish and that way you can produce hydroponics at the same time.
