I don't think this is the best way to breed pigeons. They are just trying to copy, in a weird way, poultry farming.Too much unnecessary hussle. Anyway, pigeons are eaten as squabs when they are one (1) month old. Feeding them for 3 months is a way to go bankrupt.

Для информации. Птенцы прямо перед опылением считаются деликатесом. Голубь такая же птица как и вся остальная, как и курица, или фазан, или индейка. Просто нам в детстве внушили. что это какое то благородное существо и нам это видеть не привычно. Как то так.

I think, that in 3-4 mos chickens will be much bigger than those harvested pigeons. Just don't see the point to raise such a small birds. Otherwise the farm looks good, clean and efficient.

the taste is completely different. pigeon has very dark meat with a much stronger taste and more stringy meat. the skin is also very delicious and not as fatty as chicken. pigeon doesn't usually have that layer of subcutaneous yellow fat a good free range chicken has. europeans raise squabs, which are pigeons harvested at about 4-6 weeks old, like veal are baby cows, squab is a baby pigeon. they're mostly skin and bones but their meat is more tender. i prefer full sized pigeons deep fried or "swiss sauce" and the stringy flavourful meat.

Нам эта "птица мира" обосрала весь служебный этаж, около 2000 особей,если не больше.. Находиться на служебном этаже невозможно, можно задохнуться.. Куда не наступишь, бегают эти "крысы", все в блохах и в говне, срань полная. Когда обслуживающий персонал лезет на крышу, им на голову каждый раз падает около 5 кг отборного голубинного дерьма, "радости нет предела".. И это только с люка за половину месяца.. Приезжайте и заберите всех этих птиц мира, очень рады будем..
