For a little while I thought ‘yes I can do this’ then you moved into another gear and I was eating your dust. Not a discouraging thing , I just sat back and watched a true master at work.

and THAT dear people, is how it's done. (the skills + the attention to detail: the way you threaded the electrics through your roof rack, all the routed edges, the little mirror, the adorable sink and faucet and immaculate sewing! Perfection!)

Only van conversion I have ever commented on….I loudly echo from Australia all the supportive and congratulatory comments here…the music really helped too it was supportive and soothing which helped me stay if the soundtracks are too much I stop watching often …..I loved how we also witnessed you working through cold glove weather and then shorts and back to sweaters again …echoing your time taken and commitment …. I would have put a tin layer of plastic between the insulated ceiling and wood, also on the walls between insulation and wood. Great results by the way. Greetings from the Netherlands

Just such great skill here, it’s gorgeous! not everyone has the skill to do this or tools available wonderful job! Who wouldn’t love to live in this ? Totally in awe!

So far I have seen quite a number of builds of campers because for several reasons I seriously consider to start to live in a camper myself. This is the smallest van I have seen so far. What I like most is that you kept it as simple and practical as possible but with some cute details such as the mirror. I also like the colors. You kept it light. This makes it more spacious. Even though this is too small for me I still think this is extremely well done. Double thumbs up.

Oh my goodness! The craftsmanship you demonstrate is exquisite! How ever did you acquire such skills at such an early age! You are a very capable carpenter, engineer, plumber, electrician, designer, upholsterer, tailor, videographer, etc, etc. This is the best van build I've ever watched.

I'm becoming more aware nowadays that there isn't anyone, man or woman, that can't do anything just as well as what each one is more commonly known to do better than the other. I think I said that right 🤔. Give a person, any age, some tools and a van, and visions are made, literally. And right before our eyes. Amazing 👏 ! Thank for bringing us along on this one. I saved it in case one day I might get some tools and a van😉.

Beautiful! One of the most appealing conversions I've ever seen for such a small car.

Wonderful craftsmanship. The three standout moments for me were firstly, cutting out the panel for the windiw; secondly forging a channel in the roofrsck for the solar electrics; and thirdly, steaming and forming the curved frames. And if that wasnt enough...you took out a sewing machine to make tricky upholstery covers and window shields! You have a great pair of hands coupled with mathematical precision and a creative eye. Is the soundtrack yours also? If so...I can't deal 😅😅

you can clearly see years of experience in handcraftsmanship and thus skill not achievable for an average person. And the thing that cannot be seen in the video - huge effort. It looks so easy-pizzy, but those were hundreds of hours of work to get it done so nicely. Absolutely stunning. Congrats

Wood & Wild I enjoy quick timelapse videos - you see a job being completed. But, oh how satisfying it is to see you and your handiwork in real time. The loving care as you apply rust inhibitor to a hole drilled in the metal; to see the careful application of adhesive to ensure a perfect assembly of the solar cells to the roof. I have enjoyed it so much. I'm a little past all of that but to see the devotion to detail and the caring use of tools is a spectacular sight. Keep on keeping on, in such a diligent and marvellous manner. Well done.
