This turned out so well. I think my favorite additions that just helped bring it to life are both the shower curtain and simply framing out the mirror. Amazing how little details can make such a difference

Incredible job for the price. My favorite is the frame and floating shelves I think they add so much warmth. On a project like this, I like to replace switches and outlets with decora versions it ads maybe $15-20 to the project depending on how many you have and really freshens the look.

Love the Bathroom make over. it's amazing what a new paint color will do. I like the floating shelves. Only thing I'd have done was added some window treatment like a mini blind or come sort of half curtain. maybe a matching drape made of the same shower curtain fabric. but it was a good job.

This is so funny because I used shiitake paint all through my down stairs. I love that color. I find it easier to use the same paint through out. It’s easier for touch ups.

I never thought about using Command strips to adhere the frame to the mirror. I will definitely remember your tip of applying the strips closer to the edge.

So true a DIY can take a lot longer than expected. Figured 45 minutes with help to switch out a ceiling light fixture, four hours later and two trips to hardware (only 1.5 mile) it was finished.

Your ensuite is identical to ours “the before photo unfortunately”. Our main bathroom has been completely renovated (water damage, so insurance job). I love what you have done and it is so inspiring. Short of an insurance problem, this looks affordable and very clean when finished.

Beautiful 👍❤️💐. One suggestion that I went back and did in mine was to bring the shower curtain way up close to ceiling. I had to buy extra curtain to sew on for the height BUT what a difference. I saw a designer do that and I had to try it. The first was good but the second look made it appear more professionally styled.
