I appreciate the engineering of this and can see it has a definite use with the abrasive cutting discs for straight cuts in metal 👍 ........ I'd be extremely nervous about using the other blades in this particular way, unless an additional guard was added 🙏

Thank you for your nice comments. This would be best for straight cuts in sheet metal and of course I envisioned it for that purpose. However, I wanted to show that it can be used for many tasks, such as cutting wood or cutting insulation. Since it is a rechargeable grinder, I thought of using it for simple work outdoors. And I'm thinking more about other added jigs and how to use them. thank you

agreed. But guard will not protect against high velocity metal piece, in case of teeth broke.

I also feel the guard doesn't cover enough. I am thinking of improving the protective cover. It also needs a dust collection function.
Looks good love it❤
Good design
Brilliant idea but imprecise functionality. If I can't afford circulars saws, I'll choose a marble-cutting saw, that's better

Love the creativity BUT this has a huge safety issue. Just purchase a skill saw. They are inexpensive and have all the required guards and dust collection ability to keep you safe.

thanks for the comment I already have a circular saw. It is not intended to replace it. The saw blade is one part of the application that it is equipped with, and its main purpose is to cut the steel plate with an abrasive blade. Or it will be useful when you use it outdoors in a hurry. I plan to do more work to increase its safety and usability. Thank you
Super cool. What blade is that on your dado setup? Looks like a super wide kerf single blade..

The saw blade is a special saw blade with a thickness of 8 mm. This is a Korean local company product. thank you

@@carpentak that's excellent! Did you do a video of how you added that second saw to your table saw workbench? I'd love to replicate something like that here. I have the same dewalt saw that you use.

Unfortunately, there is no video of the work. I couldn't work on it while filming it together.

@@carpentak All good, it's still a great inspiration. Thanks for sharing your excellent designs!
What type of aluminum molding or track did you use in this video?

What I used is aluminum t-track for the hole-down clamp. It is 19mm size.

Looks like VERY danger. Speed of angle grinder against speed rating disk...
@carpentak

My angle grinder is a cordless type and does not have high speed and torque. 8000 RPM, and the design of the disk states that it can be used up to 11500 RPM. The feel of my test cut was smooth and I didn't feel the risk. Because I used a guide track. However, if someone tries to cut with a power-operated regular grinder without a 90 degree base and guide track, it is obviously dangerous.
Be careful with that kind of saw blades! They are really dangerous. I heard that are better saw blades without teeth

thank you Saw blades with fewer teeth are not more dangerous. It is designed to reduce the risk of kickback, and in my experience the safety is better than a regular saw blade. However, the cutting speed is slower.
Never ever do that
