Awesome tutorial. Won't work for every product (some devices require some kind of chip to convert usb signal to aux) but I'm sure this will work for my Bluedio Headphones. Will update my comment with whether or not it works in a few weeks.

Any form of digital output to analog out will never work without digital encoder.

No this changes nothing. It will never work without encoder. You cant just turn digital to analog with cable.

Mister indian guy i have some questions: 1.From where you can get 5v for the usb thumbdrive which is supposed to work in this case you have showed? 2.How do you convert digital sound to analog sound without dac converter?

Modern equipment can switch into a mode of audio-pins over USB, but as the circuit is directly hardwired shared with AUX port, it therefor can also do USB over AUX port. So, it needs to be modern TRRS port. Sleeve pin is the +5V

Without proper encoder this will not work bro. You trying made digital from USB to analog Aux. Also why you connecting to Jack 5V cable?

It cant works, usb has digital signal when aux has analog signal XD
