I use BochaSweet to sweeten. I will never go back to any other sweetener BochaSweet is the best. I don't like stevia, only one exception, Lily's chocolate uses stevia, and their chocolate is very good.

I don’t like using sugar replacements. If I left out the Swerve, would these things fall apart?

It does need that powdery element to hold everything together, but you can swap in the same quantity of powdered sugar for the Swerve!
