Is there a cheap water catcher for a air compressor. I like to make you AC flusher but I have a 3-4 HP air compressor but don't want water to get inside the evaporator.

Should work on a fridge/freezer condenser, as they're more or less a length of copper tube, right?

It should. As long as its a continuous tube

But i promise you it doesn't hold the volume the diy hold. You'll be refilling every 2 minutes. That gets annoying quickly if this is something you do every day. If not then no biggie

Ditch the cheap Koehler clamps and get yourself some breeze clamps, way better quality.

You can buy them on Amazon currently for about $33, or for occasional use you can get a free loaner tool from any auto parts store.

I know you said not to flush the condenser, however, on my project the condenser is no longer available. Available. This is an r12 condenser that has much larger tubes and is very free flowing. What are your thoughts?

There may be older condensers out there that could still be flushed. If it has the thicker tubes, and not a parallel flow condenser then yes you can flush it out with no problem
