For Badhusha
Maida - 1cup
curd - 1tbs
Oil - 1tbs
Ghee - 1tbs
baking soda - 1/4tsp
Salt one pinch
sugar - 1/2cup
water - 3/4cup
For Ribbon
Rice flour - 1 cup
Roasted gram flour - 1/4cup
Gram flour - 1/4cup
Red chilly - 1tsp
Hing - 1/4tsp
Hot Oil - 2tsp
Salt to taste
