You may find all related information here. www.visitleicester.info/diwali They do such big celebration on lightsOn day and Diwali day. And I think they keep these lights On till Gujarati new year.
Good old Diwali wali, fireworks being set off in the middle of the night by two faced idiots who shout racist when they dont get their own way! Leicester is ruined😂
