Nice hymn. Congrats to the new bishop. I find it strange though that Cardinal Tagle used his pallium outside his archdiocese.

Malolos is a Suffragan of Manila and according to the Code of Canon Law, the Metropolitan Bishop can use the pallium in the whole ecclesiastical province. It means that the Metropolitan can use the Pallium not only in his own Archdiocese but also to its Suffragan Dioceses.
