Multicultural and diverse working environments are not just about accepting cultural issues. They are about being open to accepting people's differences and having no prejudice about working with them. Not many know that almost 50% of people of color have quit their jobs due to being discriminated against. Then there is also the fact that companies that have diverse leadership also have a 36% higher financial benefit.
