How did u study for interview?

I recently had an interview that went terribly wrong; I failed on the question “what’s your biggest weakness” and “what would you do if you had a disagreement with a senior member of staff”. I had not prepared myself before the interview, I had been unemployed for a period of time, so my nerves got the best of me. Thank you for your videos, because at least this time, when I have an interview again, I’ll give 100% of myself to prepare and try to gain the position!

Ey man just what I have experienced lately. My interview was terrible I just failed a simple question "Tell us about yourself" my nerves got into me then boom... I haven't also prepared myself....

Richard all I can say is you are a God sent. You are somebody who truly cares about people. You want to see people get the job of their dreams. Yet you know that it can be very challenging. You use KZread as a way to help people. I have used you and I have led other people know about you as well. I truly believe that when you apply for a job you have to study for it. You cannot go shotgun. I think that when you're prepared for an interview the person that is interviewing you picks up on that. I know that you cannot guarantee that somebody will get the job. However you have a very good chance of getting it. You make the world a better place. I hope that I can be like you one day. I would like to know that when I go to bed at night that I've helped somebody. In this ugly world of chaos. You are a piece of heaven. They're still good people in this world. There are still people in this world that are not selfish and they care about others. I am sure God says all the good work that you do. Richard you will truly be blessed by your good work and deeds.

I had a recruiter try to get me to talk bad about my current job. Asking there has to be something you don't like or that you would change. I answered it by saying you'll never 100% agree all the time. However I always voice my concern with possible solution and from there we talk about it and usually come to a middle ground that satisfies the company and compliance

@@behappy1025 Hi and sorry for late response. Praise to God, I had passed my interview and secured the desire postion after a week later been informed by their HR. I am so delighted with the result, despite my mom had been attacked by stroke on the same day of my interview session. She had passed away a week later. Thanks to mom too who had never missed to support and keep pray for me towards this achievement.

Great news! I passed my 2nd interview yesterday and got an offer letter by email today even though I was told it would take a few days or up to a week to hear back. This was made possible by watching your videos and how to answer the possible interview questions that would come up in a way that would set me apart from other candidates and employing the STAR technique when answering some of the questions instead of just giving a closed ended response. I used these tips before seeing this video because I learned these tips in a High school course. Just landed a job by asking the question, do you have any questions? What did you not like like about your last job. I even asked, why did the last person loose this job? I went further by asking if I could go into the warehouse and ask some questions about how orders were moved. It was forklift work and I was curious about if help was needed to move merchandise. Furniture was light, no help needed but, It showed interest. Adding that I could use tools ( drills, impacts, screw drivers ECT...also helped.

Thank you. My interview yesterday was not this easy!! They asked me questions like 1. Have I monitored expenditures where how,2. have I put together a power point presentation project for top executives,3.tell me a time when you didn't understand a new challenging database how did u overcome and what steps did you take to figure it out do Etc...I am with the federal govt and applying for another with promotion potential. Watching your videos do help alot!

This is all very true. I’ve been asked all of these questions recently. Tomorrow I have two interviews back to back one at 12 and the other at 1 (virtually). Then the third on Monday. Praying they go well.
