How are you getting on with the machine these days? I'm considering buying a used one in very good condition that has been hardly used for 450 Euros. I bought my wife a Kenwood for baking but I'm considering getting this as the Kenwood labours under heavier doughs, even though it's meant to be able to handle twice the weight of dough compared to the BE5. My concern is how much the machine twists when it is fully loaded.

I am still extremely satisfied with this machine. It is sturdy and does not seem to care under heavy loads.I also love the fact that despite being so industrial it does not mind beating 1 egg white to perfection. A delight to use and to look at.

@@ririshow Thanks so much for the response. I was genuinely surprised that you got back with an answer so quick. Thanks! I found the manual online and noticed that the batch sizes seem quite small when comparing to the sturdiness of the machine. We make a lot of food because we have guests every Wednesday and Sunday (we run a house church) and sometimes the batches can be a fairly large. How have you found it's ability to handle larger dough loads compared to other machines?

@@kickinthegob As far as bread/pizza dough, 1 kg flour is easy and 1kg/1/2 is no problem. I never tried to go above that mainly because i have the feeling the volume will be too large for the bowl but i may be wrong. What i can say is that the motor or the stability is not a problem. Of course it depends also on the ratio water/flour you are using. I usually aim at 60%. Tell me more about your church!

@@ririshow Thanks again for the response. The story of our home church started when I was baptized 25 years ago, I saw the writing on the wall that the gospel was going to become harder for churches to preach as their tax free status will be dependent on a state sanctioned gospel. I was active in street preaching and baptized a few people in Australia as I traveled during my university holidays. When I married my wife 20 years ago, we made a decision to always have an open house where people can learn the word of God and meet for prayer. We moved to Norway (her home country) 15 years ago and continued to have an open house and house meetings as many of the churches lacked serious leadership and had fallen into tradition rather than a true love of God and His word. We preach that God is a personal God, and wants a personal relationship with His creation. This requires us to step out in obedience through repentance, baptism and the receiving of the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:38). In our obedience to His Word, we are to love the Lord through obeying Him, and love His children through serving the body of Christ. This is our priority and regardless what happens, we keep our home open and teach people God's Word, His expectations and how we can serve the body of Christ. We are seeing a revival of sorts at the moment where we now have 20+ people regularly attending our house fellowship and it's growing quickly. We have Poles, Norwegians, Portuguese South Africans and Ukrainians in our fellowship. We don't follow any denominational lines but instead choose to follow the Bible. My parents were "White Russians", born in communist China. My family were Christian Russians and spent time in Chinese prisons for the Gospel so it's very important to my family and I that we continue on in faithfulness. I detected a South African accent in your video. Where in Europe are you based?
