I hope that the Apollo device somehow shut the Bluetooth completely off. I'm not against Bluetooth devices I have Bluetooth headphones and earbuds myself but if I wear them too long I can get some wicked headaches where I sometimes wear my wired one and I never have any issues with headaches so I know there's something happening but there are some studies that show long-term exposure to Bluetooth could potentially cause some minor health issues, if you're wearing that thing 24/7 the Bluetooth emitting off of it may cancel out some of the benefits. I would suggest not taking my advice but look it up yourself and make an informed decision have fun on your trip.

We budgeted for this trip for over a year. Visiting family is a priority, not that I should have to explain that to anyone. You also have to realize it is not a very expensive trip for us. The ticket cost is the only expense. We have no mortgage, rent, camp fees, diesel, gas, electric bill etc over this time. We stay with family and food is very cheap in SA when you are buying with American dollars. So we are spending a whole lot less money while living in SA.

Would love to hear Mela speak her native language, lol.

Don't know why you guys have so much stress.. Aren't you living your dream?

No one is immune to stress. We all experience stress in our every day lives. If you had to take a 17 hour flight, I bet you would find it stressful too. Yes, we have designed our lives the way we want but that does not mean our lives are stress free. Just being a KZreadr is a stressful job. Living a fulfilling happy healthy life to us means finding ways to cope with stress. I hope you find things that help you in your life too.

Have you had a sleep study done, you might have sleep apnea.

I have spoken with many doctors and done tests. PTSD and anxiety are the cause. Apollo has done wonders for me! I get so much more sleep now 🙌
